ADULT PROPERTIES
(AGE 12 AND ABOVE)
SORRY, NO PETS ALLOWED.
Room Policies and Agreements and CANCELLATIONS.
PLEASE READ CANCELLATION POLICY.

*  Minimum Age for guests is 12 years.
*  We are a non-smoking establishment  (inside & outside)
*  SELF Check in 3:00 PM  AT FISCHER HOUSE
*  SELF CHECK IN 3:00 PM AT FISCHER SUITES.
*  Check in on Thursday @ Fischer House must be arranged,
Piano lessons take place at The Fischer House on Thursdays afternoons.
Once checked in, there is a separate door to the 2nd floor rooms.
Thursday check in time must be arranged in advance.
*   Check out time is 11:00 AM each day at both houses.
*   Minimum stay is 2 nights on weekends.
* 3 NIGHT MINIMUMS ON
WHITMAN GRADUATION WEEKEND
MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND
LABOR DAY WEEKEND
 *   Payment is "Due In Full" at Booking
*   We are a "secure site" and accept:
VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover & Paypal Cards

Cancellations:
Walla Walla is a tourist destination and all lodging, hotels, motels,
B & B's and guest houses book out in advance on event weekends.
We are a small private business and cancellations have an impact on our Guest House. 
NO REFUNDS
FOR EVENT WEEKEND CANCELLATIONS, OR 3 DAY WEEKEND
CANCELLATIONS
OTHER CANCELLATIONS WILL BE HANDLED ON A ONE TO ONE BASIS, DEPENDING ON IF IT CAN BE RE-BOOKED.

*All cancellations will be charged a $55.00 processing fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are a "Tourist/Wine Industry" and have many planned
"Event Weekends" we DO NOT offer refunds for the
"Event Weekends." 
The house usually books a year in advance.
EVENT WEEKENDS ARE:

CAYUSE WEEKEND (1ST WEEKEND IN APRIL)
SPRING RELEASE WEEKEND (1ST WEEKEND IN MAY)
WHITMAN GRADUATION  (3RD WEEKEND IN MAY)
BALLOON STAMPEDE WEEKEND (2ND WEEKEND IN MAY)
MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND (4TH WEEKEND IN MAY)
WALLA WALLA UNIVERSITY GRADUATION ( JUNE)
VINTAGE WALLA WALLA (JUNE & OCTOBER)
LABOR DAY WEEKEND (SEPT.)
FALL RELEASE WEEKEND (1ST WEEKEND IN NOV.)
WINTER BARREL TASTING (1ST WEEKEND IN DEC.)

REGULAR WEEKENDS.....
* Individual room Cancellations made within 60 days of your reservation will be given a Full Refund minus the Cancellation Processing Fee of $55.00.

FULL HOUSE BOOKING CANCELLATIONS made within 60 days of your reservation will be charged 30% of your reservation. (NON-EVENT WEEKENDS)

* Individual Room Cancellations made within 15 days or less of your reservation  date, will be charged the room rate for one night plus the cancellation processing fee.  No exceptions.

*WHOLE HOUSE CANCELLATIONS made with less 15 days of your reservation date will be charged 100% of your reservation, no exceptions.

*  Whole House and Individual room "Last Minute Cancellations" made within 3 days of your reservation will be charged the full amount, NO REFUNDS.  Because you have booked the room or A house and we have turned away other guests, there are no refunds allowed for last minute cancellations.

 SORRY, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED
    CHILDREN MUST BE 12 YEARS OF AGE.
