quick 4 hour drive from Boise, Idaho to such a wonderful town and a
fabulous guest house. We walked downtown and around Whitman college to
get the feel of the area and then took a winery tour in Fischer's
Cabernet Cab ! We were here during the beautiful fall foliage, which
added some ambiance to our walks.
The linens were fresh and crisp in
our room, which I loved.
Great hospitality and we plan to return
sometime in the future.

arrived at the Fischer House weary after the long drive and we were
welcomed by our gracious hosts, starting our weekend in wine country.
We stayed in The Music Room with all the comforts needed to make our
stay very enjoyable. Every detail has been paid attention too by our
generous host. They were eager to offer up suggestions for activities
and were very knowledgeable to the happenings in Walla Walla and the
surrounding communities. The Winery Tour was "over the top" going to
some really outstanding wineries.
Lori & Dennis are truly in their
element of hospitality.

"Had a wonderful weekend in Walla Walla at the most delightful Fischer
Guest House. After two nights, I am totally comfortable in the Vintage
Room with familiar objects from my past all around me. The Volkswagon
bus I once drove, the hats I played "dress-up " with out of my
grandma's bureau,
the furniture I bought when I first got married back
in 1973.
I bought a lovely Strawberry wine that truly tasted and smelled like
fresh plucked strawberries,
ask Lori the proprietor where to find that
wine.
